AT&T provides their U-verse service in the Orion franchise area.
To find out if U-verse service is available to your home,
call AT&T at the above number or check their website.
All three of Lake Orion’s local access channels are available on AT&T U-verse Channel 99.

Comcast (xfinity.com) provides cable television service to the Orion franchise area.
Comcast subscribers can make payments by mail or telephone, or they can establish automatic monthly recurring EFT or credit card payments.
(Check your monthly bill for telephone number and address.)
Options to Return Xfinity Equipment:
1. Initiate your return online (recommended).
Visit the Digital Return Center at xfinity.com/returns and follow the on-screen instructions.
Print the prepaid shipping label, place the equipment to be returned in the original box,
place the shipping label on the box, and drop it off anywhere that UPS shipments are accepted.
2. Stop by a local UPS Store.
Either bring your equipment to the store and a UPS representative
will pack and ship your equipment back to Comcast at no cost,
or you may package the equipment yourself using a cardboard box
and the prepaid UPS shipping label you printed at home.
3. Visit a Comcast Service Center or Xfinity Store.
The closest Comcast Xfinity Stores to Lake Orion are located at
3044 S. Rochester Road, Rochester Hills and
1991 S. Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills
Hours: Monday through Saturday 9am – 7pm, Sunday 12pm – 5 pm.

CABLE COMPLAINTS
The Cable Commission acts as a liaison between cable providers and subscribers, and helps to resolve subscriber problems. To file a complaint, call the Cable Commission Administrator at (248) 393-0147. Your complaint can be taken over the phone, or a complaint form can be sent to you.
Complaint forms can also be picked up at the Lake Orion Village Hall, Orion Township Hall, or the Orion Neighborhood Television studio. All complaints received are addressed and resolved, if possible. Complaints are discussed at Cable Commission meetings.
